Use of the App

Rapid Report EMS is intended to assist with EMS documentation, education, and quality review. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, medical direction, or agency-approved patient care reporting systems.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying all generated content before using, copying, exporting, or submitting it. Users must ensure that documentation reflects care actually provided.

Clinical Limitations

Rapid Report EMS does not diagnose, prescribe, order treatments, or replace provider assessment.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use the app to falsify records, misrepresent care, violate privacy law, or store unauthorized patient identifiers.
